The problem
Most people know they should budget but drop off after a week. Spreadsheets are tedious and banking apps only show what already happened.

The process
I designed a fast, low-friction flow for logging spending, built budgets with smart alerts, and connected bank transaction monitoring so the app does most of the work.

The outcome
Coinsave grew to more than 500 active users with over 70% engagement and an average rating of 4.5 out of 5.

What I learned
Retention is a product feature. Small touches like sensible defaults and timely nudges mattered more than any big feature.
