Booking a ride meant juggling calls, cash and uncertainty about when the driver would actually show up.

I built the booking and tracking interfaces with a focus on performance, so the app loads fast and navigation feels smooth even on slow connections.

More than 500 active users, over 70% engagement and an average rating of 4.5 out of 5.

What I learned
Perceived speed is real speed. Skeletons, optimistic updates and fewer round-trips changed how fast the app felt.
